1. Our commitment

We're committed to making trailarental.com as accessible as reasonably possible for all visitors, including people with visual, motor, auditory or cognitive disabilities, and to keep improving it over time.

2. Standard we aim for

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA as our informal reference point when building and reviewing the site. This is a self-guided effort rather than a certified conformance claim — we haven't commissioned a formal third-party audit — but it shapes the decisions below.

3. Accessibility features on this site

• Semantic, structured HTML — headings, landmarks (header, nav, main, footer) and lists are used so screen readers can navigate the page logically.
• Descriptive alt text on the logo, hero photography and trailer product images.
• Keyboard-operable navigation — the main menu, mobile drawer, language switcher and booking form can all be operated without a mouse, with visible focus outlines on interactive elements.
• Reduced-motion support — visitors with "reduce motion" enabled in their operating system automatically get the cursor glow, scroll animations and hero motion effects turned off.
• Resizable, legible text using relative font sizing that responds to your browser's zoom and text-size settings.
• Multilingual interface — the site's navigation, headings, form labels and key content are available in 11 languages via the language switcher in the header, helping visitors who are more comfortable reading in a language other than English.
• Clear form validation — required fields, error messages and file-upload rules on the booking form are labelled in text, not colour alone.
• Responsive layout that adapts to phones, tablets and desktop screens and works with browser zoom.

4. Known limitations

Some parts of the site rely on third-party components — such as the Google reCAPTCHA widget on the booking form — whose accessibility is controlled by Google rather than by us; Google provides an audio-challenge alternative within that widget. As with any website, we may not have caught every issue, and we treat accessibility as ongoing work rather than a finished task.
